Kenneth R. Carroll |

Ken is the Senior Associate of
the law firm. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the
University of Manitoba in 1978 after having first achieved
the Dean’s Honour Roll while enrolled in the Bachelor of
Economics (Honours) program. Mr. Carroll’s pre-law program
also included full courses in the Bachelor of Commerce
degree program’s business management and accounting areas.
He has been practicing law since 1979 and his preferred
areas of practice are corporate and business law, real
estate, including commercial real estate and Wills and
estate planning.
Ken believes that knowing your clients better allows you to
serve them better. |

Stacey Belding |

Stacey is a member of the Bars
of Manitoba and Ontario, and has a broad range of legal
expertise including immigration, corporate/commercial,
domestic, civil and administrative litigation, residential
and commercial real estate, wills/estates and intellectual
property/information technology law. Her clients include
individuals as well as local and international small/medium
sized businesses.
Stacey is also the managing director of jobCan Inc., an international recruiter for Canadian businesses providing all-inclusive recruitment solutions for companies experiencing labour shortages. She is also a principal of buyCan Inc., an immigration service that offers land/business acquisition opportunities in Canada.
Stacey is a director and general counsel to Haagenti Group Inc., an international telecommunications company, and also serves as V.P. of a Canadian charitable relief/development organization. |
